Permits & Quick Access to Newly Purchased Flips
Good Morning Everyone,
I'm still navigating the process with some of my investors on turnarounds with jurisdictions in the DFW area. Does anyone have any experience with working with the city jurisdictions on fix&flips? I spent alot of headache doing fixnflips as a contractor/investor in Denver back in 2016 and it was a nightmare trying to get approved permits in time to turn over these projects and get put on the MLS for buyers. Thanks in advance just looking for genuine feedback.
