Best Yields/Up & Coming areas in Utah to invest?
Hey Everyone-
Curious to hear about investors' favorite areas to invest in for SFR and higher yields around Salt Lake. I've been looking into Ogden quite a bite and was curious to hear other opinions. Prices in SLC and provo have risen so quickly and the yields just aren't too exciting.

Yeah, I think we're all a little biased to where we currently invest. I've liked the Heber Valley. Prices are higher, but rents are very high as well. Although, rents are starting to plateau all over Utah, if not come down, so just be cautious of that while running numbers.
