Good Afternoon fellow REI!

My name is Kyle and I am a newly licensed Real Estate Broker in Schaumburg that is looking to build a healthy investment portfolio. I would love to be connected with an established investor in the Chicagoland area to help me implement the right systems, analyze properties appropriately, and to effectively create a viable investment portfolio to make the life for myself and my family that I have always wanted. @Jonathan Klemm thanks for the mention and hello @Kyle Barazowski. I'm in the Elgin area but invest pretty much anywhere within 30 minutes of there. I'd be happy to meet and have a conversation as I always enjoy meeting like minded people in REI and we are pretty close to each other. In fact we are starting on a renovation in Schaumburg today with another investor/friend of mine @Christle Stezskal that I've met though networking. 

My crew is doing the work on the couch house in Schaumburg and Christle handled the acquisition side of it on this deal. I am currently out of the country but should be back in about 10 days or so and would be happy to meet with you and show you around any projects that we have going on if you are interested. In the meantime I am sure Christle will respond and perhaps show you the project in your own back yard if she has time before I return.
