Please Stop Using AI To Make BP Forum Posts!

Hey Investors, I'm deeply saddened by the recent onslaught of generic posts written by ChatGPT. I owe these forums 99% credit for the success that I've had in real estate over the past 7 years, mostly because of the original ideas that come from the investors' personal experiences fighting in the trenches. Lets not let generic AI posts take over the forums.

Can we all agree to stay human on here? 

Would love to hear everybody else's thoughts on this.

Easy to spot them @Bjorn Ahlblad  Nice even looking paragraphs. No spelling errors but they don't answer the question, they pontificate about salesy issues. Never asks for clarifying questions which is ALWAYS needed on here. People post a question and maybe don't know the correct terms... The answers have bullet points, lack of up to date information, never know the ins and outs of loan programs/title issues/permits/ all the crazy details that takes a brain that processed many transactions with various and sundry results. 

When I see one Bjorn wink wink I'm @ you with a wink. OKAY?

And to answer the poster. This annoys me. It's lazy. It's the same as robocallers that hang up.

End of rant
