Fix and Flip Masters
I have two burning questions before I dive into the deep of fixing and flipping. I'm a current realtor, went into it full time recently yay, with some buy and hold experience. My heart'd desire is to begin rehabbing. I know buy and holds are a different beast than rehabbing therefore, I have two burning questions:
1. What are some creative ways to raise capital to do a full scale fix and flip? 2. What are some hidden pit falls that one will not see in the typical "rehab guru" video?
