Hi BP -
What formulas/methods are people using to figure out what towns to concentrate marketing efforts within? Is it a shot in the dark? Or are there some metrics I should look at that will tell me a certain town/market might be a good area to concentrate on?
Thanks in advance for any insight!
Dan

Take the population of a town, multiply that number by itself, then add to the result the population of the town and then divide the result by the population. Once you receive the answer add seventeen to the answer then subtract the population from the answer and divide the result by six. If your final answer is three you should market to the area.
