Tips and Best Practices for Commercial Loans

Hi Bigger Pockets community!

I have been investing in small multi family rentals in the Milwaukee for the past few years and am now looking to move into commercial properties. I have been analyzing some off market units (between 20 and 40 units) and would love to hear best practices around property due diligence with these larger units and financing routes. I do work closely with about three or four people in the area who would be interested in pursuing these opportunities together. Any insight would be fantastic, thanks!
