Hi there vesties, Re agents and more!

I’m fairly new to bp and excited to be on here chatting with you all as well as learning more and more about real estate. I decided to take the wholesaling route so any tips would be lovely! Also does any one know if double closing on bank owned properties is a good idea? And oh my goodness I recently found out that Illinois only primarily accepts double closing when it comes to wholesaling ? Like whatttttt! Because I so wanted to start with two totally different methods , Haha but happy to be here hope to chat soonnnnnn!

What you should be focusing on is building your soft skills, how to talk to Sellers , how to negotiate, and sales. These skills will reward you more than any.
