Real estate contract or Seller Finance contract In New Mexico

Hi, I am working on a Real Estate Contract deal but i dont have a contract. Does anyone know where i can get a Real Estate Contract that will be valid in Las Cruces New Mexico? Or know where I can get one?

 Thanks! I appreciate it. Im actually not sure if a real estate contract is what i need. Ill explain the deal really quick. I am taking over mortgage payments and when its paid off they will sign it over to me. I will be putting a tenant in it. Is a real estate contract what i would need for this??

You could use a REC for this.  It is commonly known as a wrap.

the way I would set it up to protect you and the seller.  You pay the escrow company, escrow company pays the mortgage.
