Hey everyone!

I was curious as to what beginner real estate investors are doing to grow. What are your strategies during this time in the real estate market? I would love to hear your insights

As of now my wife and I are looking to get into our next property through house hacking.

Thank you for your time!

@Michael Poloncic Keeping our feet on the ground and grinding along, inch by inch.

If you can't buy property sell. If you can't sell improve what you can. Build stronger relationships with agents, lenders, and local contractors. Work on your systems, spreadsheets, and keep looking for opportunities. Don't stop swimming against the current.

Hey Jaron! This is great stuff to hear and I find it very encouraging. I appreciate your feedback. Hearing from others wanting to keep grinding helps motivate me to stay on this path. Even when we're not buying there's still so much to be done. Love it!
