I am looking for advice from anyone in the Yuma Arizona area who owns individual mobile homes or park models homes in mobile home parks who rents them out.
im looking to invest in two of these and rent them out during the winter

@Jeff Grove The best thing to do would be to learn your market and visit mobile home parks in the area(s) you want to buy. Get to know the market values, types of homes that are in demand, rent and the types of clientele who live in these parks.

Many times, the park manager or owner in these parks can give you a lot of info. In the past, I've found them to be a valuable source of information for market insight and referrals.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Jeff-

I am a realtor here in Yuma.  I would recommend purchasing in the foothills area or a nice mobile home park in town.  Feel free to reach out to me and I can talk with you about options and we can view some homes!  928-315-0120

    Thanks!
