@Julia Lyrberg First I want to thank you for taking the time out of your day to reply to my post, it means a lot! Second, by working with an investor does this mean partnering with them and using their capital for investment properties like fix and flips? also how would I approach working with an investor?

My name is Andrew Grove, I am using my dad's Bigger Pockets account to reach out for help and advice. I am currently going to community college as well as in the process of getting my real estate license. I am also really interested in the stock market and the real estate industry! I recently bought my first rental property, it is just a little manufactured home down in Yuma Arizona. By purchasing this property, I now have very little money, but I still want to invest. I am living at home still, so I don't have any expenses, but what should be the next step I should take? Is becoming a real estate agent the right route? Are there other job opportunities that would still allow to me work in the real estate industry? I hope you all have a great day thank you!

Quote from @Ashley C.:

@Jeff Grove

We're a local, family-owned Mom and Pop property management company. We live locally in the Brandon area, and we are passionate about helping our community, putting revenue back into MS, and keeping MS a great, wholesome place to live, work, plant roots, grow, and raise a family.

What makes us great is our experience. We used to work for some of the 'big guys' in property management and we recognized a lot of their short comings and unnecessary redundancies, and the inadequacies that would suffer losses for owners by not getting things done and occupied quickly, and at the end of the day, our poor owners were the ones who suffered, and hemorrhaged money because of it and that's one of the reasons why we started our own property management company, to help our community thrive.

We are well trusted, and reputable, by our owners, renters, and the Rankin Chamber of Commerce.

We're small but we have licensed contractors/maintenance people, a broker, and a real estate agent, plus my husband, used to be the Director of Operations for a big property management company in the area, serving over 1,000 properties, so together, we know all of the nuances of the area, city permit requirements, section 8 contacts, etc.

We would love to be your property management company!

Thanks,

Ashley

Hello,

My wife and I are out of state investors and have 5 SFH located in Jackson.
Can anyone recommend a property management company in the area? We are not not satisfied with our current pmc and are currently searching for a new one.
Thank you

Jeff
