As a landlord, what are the craziest encounters you've had?

Thankfully, my tenants have been more than amazing (I know how rare this is, and I am not being sarcastic!).

However, my house not only attracted amazing quality tenants, but also rodents and other creatures, so pest infestations have been horrendous! 

What are some of your craziest encounters and stories as a landlord?
