Investment Success Brochure Examples?

Hello BP Community! We are working on a brochure/portfolio that shows our successful investments. Something simple that would be a page for each property. NOT an advertisement for a proposed deal. Just a way to show how we've done with our properties. We were thinking a brief paragraph about the deal. Pictures of before and after (or just after if it was a primary to rental property conversion over many years), current DSCR, current equity in property, NOI, and anything else someone might want to know.
