Residential Assisted Living Academy

Just curious if anyone has ever gone through the RAL academy?  Did you do the home learning course or the in person and what did you think of it?  Or has anyone just invested in Residential Assisted Living and what has that been like?  I have a large one-story home in PHX that I think would be ideal for this strategy based on location and the home itself.   Looking into this strategy as I find it interesting and think it is a really cool service to be able to provide nice housing for people in retirement.
