Campgrounds are Interesting
Like most people, I have previously spent most of my time learning and working in traditional real estate spaces. This includes single-family, multifamily, and land. I did all of this so that I could spend more time doing things that I really loved, which usually involved the outdoors. It never dawned on me that I could actually combine my two passions! Not only do campgrounds offer a way to escape, but they also produce a pretty sweet return on investment! I'm curious have any of you studied this class of real estate? If so, what are your thoughts?
