I have a burning thought that I can't get out of my mind... What separates lead sources?? How do we know that we can trust the information that we are getting from sites that sell data? Are these companies actually testing the product that they are selling? Are they experienced investors themselves? These are some of the questions that go through my mind when I chose to work with a company. I need to believe in the product they are selling and more importantly, I need to believe in the team behind the product. Answering these questions puts my mind at ease knowing that I am actually getting what I am paying for. This leads to more deals and less wasted time! Let me know how you guys operate!

Like most people, I have previously spent most of my time learning and working in traditional real estate spaces. This includes single-family, multifamily, and land. I did all of this so that I could spend more time doing things that I really loved, which usually involved the outdoors. It never dawned on me that I could actually combine my two passions! Not only do campgrounds offer a way to escape, but they also produce a pretty sweet return on investment! I'm curious have any of you studied this class of real estate? If so, what are your thoughts?

Thanks Peter! Do you source your own data for your outreach marketing as well?

Hey guys, I was just curious... what are some of the qualities that you guys look for when looking for data sources? How do you get your data? Do you go start to the courthouse/city? Do you have a go-to website? If so, why did you choose that website in particular?
