I've been thinking about investing in a real estate market for quite some time.  I settled on Milwaukee because of its cash flow.  What do you all think?

Milwaukee is a great cashflow market.  I personally prefer some of the tertiary marets surrounding the city though.

Brock, do you have specific markets in mind? Are you talking as far as Kenosha area or closer?

Thanks

Yes all the way down to Kenosha.  But most of our deals have been in markets like Wauwatosa, West Allis, Cudahy, Waukesha
