How to Structure a "Subject to" deal for a property listed on MLS
I am looking at possibly obtaining property by using a Subject-to method. The property is distressed and needs work done. The seller is out of state and is looking to sell as soon as possible. How would I approach the listing agent or seller with a subject-to as the purchase method? The property has been sitting on MLS for 5+ months
