Anyone put solar on their STR’s? Lease or Buy?

Hi BP Community,

I'm buying my first STR in Joshua Tree and thinking of putting solar on my STR. Anyone have experience with solar and would recommend it? Also is it better to lease or take a loan out and buy?

Any advice would be great!
