Real Estate Investor Joining Lowest Cost Brokerage

I am a real estate investor in the DC, MD, VA, & SC markets looking to join a real estate broker dealer so I can represent myself on future acquisitions. My question is who are some of the top "low cost" brokerage firms that charge a minimal flat fee and/or very low % to their agents. I have heard of ones that charge as low as $300 per transaction but I have having trouble digging them up. I'm looking for the idea brokerage partner for a real estate investor who wants to represent themselves with little or no need for an agent support team and minimize transaction costs.

So are you licensed already @Ryan Rabbitt? And you have no plans to sell to others? Unless you really transact high volume you'll end up spending more maintaining your license (with MLS access, joining an association, etc.) than you'll save by being your own agent. Google discount brokers. Best of luck!
