Looking to network in Northwest Indiana.
Hello I am a local investor in Northwest Indiana. My team is looking to build our network with other investors and specialists in the area. We are also looking to network with out of state investors that are looking at NWI.
Hi Kevin, my friends and I are looking at NWI as well. In fact the family and I are heading down towards Munster to start our feelers today as part of a road trip, heading further east until Valparaiso to look at all the local neighborhoods.
Hey @Kevin Srednoselac!
I am a local investor in Indiana, too. Which neighborhood in particular do you invest in?
@Anish Ramrakhyani - Indiana is a GREAT place to invest :) lots of potential for cash flowing deals.

Valpo is a great area to invest in, Munster is also great but Lake county seems to have higher costs. Also be sure to checkout the Duneland area, lots of potential for cash flow. Feel free to DM me with anything I can assist with.

Most of my investing has gone in Porter County but I did do a flip in Whiting in the last year. Where are you investing? I'm also a wholesaler, most of our inventory comes out of Porter county and Laporte.
Hi Kevin,
I am a local investor in Lake &/or Porter County as well. Do you have a town you've focused on in Porter county?
Thanks,
Marko

Hey Kevin I would love to be added to your wholesale list. Looking in the Porter county area. Thanks!

Hey Marko, I like the duneland area a lot (Chesterton, Porter, Burns Harbor). I'm also looking heavily into Laporte, I feel buy and holds in Duneland and rehabs in Laporte are my focus right now. I don't have anything going on in Lake County these days, how about you?
This Notre Dame Law alum will gladly buy in NWI.
Lake County is coming down in price with interest rates rising - especially existing builds (not new builds). I'll message you to connect further. Look forward to it!

CP is a great market. Which builders are you considering?

Hey Aaron,
I have worked with at least a dozen title companies in NWI. I would love to connect you with the right one. That being said, what makes a title company investor friendly?

A title company that has experience working with investors that wholesale or use the sub2 method.

I would think most have. That being said, I would recommend Chicago Title or Meridian Title. Their reps are very knowledgable.
Thank you!

An attorney I listened to on Zoom call said he maintains a FB group that is a database of title companies across the country that are more investor ffriendly and especially more open to subto / creative finance deals. I believe the group is called Real Estate Investor Legal... just search for it on Facebook and hopefully they'll know someone in your area.
Hey Kevin! I’m a relatively newer investor and am in the NWI market. I’d love to connect and discuss some real estate. Always looking to meet new friends and grow my network. Look forward to hearing from you.
