Any info on Reading, PA market??

Hello, I am considering purchasing a rental property in the reading, PA market area. I was there a couple of weeks ago visiting family. I would like to know if anyone knows anything about this market area. I know there probably isnt many jobs in the area and I did notice alot of for sale signs in the area so there is an oversupply. I am an appraiser in the south florida market area. I am trying to pick up a property cheap at the county tax sale and rent it.
