Washer/Dryer for Tenants
Hi! I wanted some input on tenants installing a washer/dryer. I've read a few posts and I don't want to maintain a washer/dryer. However my broker asks if tenants can install their own to get a higher rental price. Most homes in the neighborhood do have a washer/dryer, should I allow tenants to install their own? Anyone have any lease agreements that allow tenants to install their own? Pros/Cons? Any input is appreciated!
