I had a question about house appraisals. My home has a backyard, small little garden. Currently there’s nothing growing but if I paved it, would it lower my home appraisal? Thanks in advance!

Hi! My tenant is looking to get a radiator cover, but I’m not sure on where to get this cover. I’ve tried googling but it’s only for the regular covers. Thanks in advance!

@Nathan Gesner can you also send the addendum to me as well? Thank you

@Nathan Gesner @Andrew T Bolton - are landlords allowed to deny having a gurantor/cosignor for a tenant?

Hello! Not sure on what to do - potential tenant is looking to sign with a co-signer. Is a guarantor better for the landlord? What is the process to ensure that the tenant can pay for this? Any tips is much appreciated!

Hi! I wanted some input on tenants installing a washer/dryer. I've read a few posts and I don't want to maintain a washer/dryer. However my broker asks if tenants can install their own to get a higher rental price. Most homes in the neighborhood do have a washer/dryer, should I allow tenants to install their own? Anyone have any lease agreements that allow tenants to install their own? Pros/Cons? Any input is appreciated!
