Hey Bigger Pockets! I've been interested in real estate since I was 16 (check my earlier posts)! I've always wanted to get into the Investment side of it, and now that I feel more educated and more capable of working with others, it would be interesting to shadow an investor and see how everything works, in the real world, with real people, and real problems.  If anyone were willing to do that, or knows of someone that would, please leave a reply under this post!

Hey Bigger Pockets members, I need your opinion on something! I'm 16 years old, and always looking for new experiences with real estate. Right now, I'm trying to network as much as possible, and I'm trying new things. What do you guys recommend I try, to gain respect with people in the industry, get them to care about what I say, and truly leave a good impression with them? If you have any suggestions, please comment below!

Think of it this way; If you, the agent, had a younger kid come up to you, and talk with you, what would truly impress you? What impression would you look for? What are some words that you would look out for? What are some things that would make him stand out from others?

Any and all responses are a huge help and I appreciate your time! Have a good weekend!

Hey there! I'm a 16-year-old kid, based in Los Angeles area, looking for some real estate advice! I would really appreciate if the bigger pockets community could help me out, and post a couple of tips on how to get started, what their experience has been like, and what they do! Not only that, but I would also love to hear from some long time, older investors, to see what they think about today's markets (as they have been through so many market types). I'm also always looking for new connections, so post as much as you can!

Hello Bigger Pockets! I am a 16-year-old, that's really interested and passionate bout real estate investing. I'm just about to finish BRRRR, the book, and have been following bigger pockets for about a year now. Furthermore, I have listened to multiple podcasts, and watched countless videos as well. One thing I am stuck on in my success story is how to get started. Obviously, I am legally too young to do anything in the real estate space. Is there anything I could do to get started early? Is there anywhere I could go to, to get some sort of experience? I am always looking for any new opportunity, and it would be amazing if you guys could help me out! Have a great day.
