Short term investment ideas for $100K

Hello Experts,

  I have saved up some $100K+ which i planned to put as down payment for a single family home purchase planned within 6-12 months from now. This amount is sitting in savings account . Looking at my short term needs i do not want to invest in stock market. Any investment suggestions with that amount for low risk and medium returns other than CDs,Treasury bonds etc?
