     Hey Scott,

    Strong sponsors who buy nationally based near Philadelphia. $2.1mil 1st story 20 unit motel purchase, 12 have kitchens. We will be installing kitchens in the remaining units and converting to longer term multifamily. 10 CAP after conversion. Only looking for acquisition financing 20-35% down.
