Property Managment Software

I am in the process of buying my first property and would like one software that will track everything from purchase price, expenses and repairs, along with rent coming in.  I would also like to be able to upload receipts for work completed, etc. and then be able to put together a comprehensive report with receipts gathered during the year for the accountant.  Would also like to be able to track multiple properties in this way.  Is this a pipe dream, or does this software exist?  Is so, what is it?
