Can I (a wholesaler) be presented off market deals by others

I'm halfway done through my license course in real estate and have ran a wholesaling business for a year. It closed down after being burnt out by running the entire process by myself. I do have a goal of $70K this year either from wholesaling or flipping properties via partnership deals. I have no capital but have no idea what to do and want to start investing so very badly since I'm falling behind on other goals. Then I stumbled upon the idea that other people can present me leads in exchange for compensation as opposed to me calling everyone from a bulk list of leads. That process is truly exhausting and got me no where. How do I take action and better my life?

It sounds like you took action, but you didn't like it very much. Being burnt out after a year is not a good sign. It sounds like you like the idea of real estate investing more than actual real estate investing. If you don't have money to invest, you're going to have to invest time and effort. If you stick with it, it gets better. But the truth is most people don't get past the hard work phase.
