Hi, I am new to investing. I am in the Houston area, but looking at St Louis, Louisiana, and Detroit areas. I would love to join an experienced investor on deals to learn more about the business.

I can offer capitol as well as sweat equity. In Houston I have a team of guys that can do contracting work and a decent network.

Let me know if you are in one of those or any other areas and interested in a partner/helper

Hey Fredrick. I'm a local investor. You can dm me if you want and we could hop on a call. Would love to find out more about you and your goals. I would definitely support going to Dylan's meetups as well. Great way to meet other local investors.
