The Case for Paid REI Education

Saw a Peoria IL property on Zillow ... (* Snicker *) SERIOUSLY botched rehab.

The "kitchen sink" is actually a double-bowl bathroom vanity. The wall behind it ends in the middle of a window on the outside wall.

The range hood is under an "upper" cabinet that's against the ceiling ... good luck reaching either one without a ladder. The pictures are few, and there's no indication of any other counter space in the "kitchen".

Per Zillow's Price History, the house was acquired in March of 2016 for $2,000 (!!!). It was listed for sale in February of 2021 for $35,000. In September of that same year, the asking price was INCREASED to $40,000.
