How to Build A Cash Buyers List?

Hi Everyone. 

I am currently putting together a cash buyers list. I want to introduce myself and find out where they are buying in my area (Long Island, NY). Do you guys have any suggestions as to WHERE to find these buyers? How have you all approached finding great buyers to work with?

You can purchase a list of cash buyers using List Source in your area. You are searching for buyers with high equity. You can network in Social Media groups in your area or attend local real estate Meetups to build your buyer's list.
