Thank you all of the input! I haven't really thought out fully the details and looking to speak with experts in the area. My investment strategy is broad, but my overall goal is to have a nice vacation spot for my family, and use income from the property whether through STR or LTR to pay the mortgage. Flexible on Ste. It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm based in NYC, and currently investing in upstate NY. I'm looking to invest in a couple properties down in Florida. (1) Ideally would be an already done "winter house" for family (few repairs/upgrades needed), and (2) I would take on a bit more risk to do a flip or even BRRRR. I know virtually nothing about the market right now and looking to simply meet experienced people and learn more about it!
