how much would a multi unit increase in value if it is listed at 250k and i put 100k in rehab? 5 units. In a c+ b- area! Will they appraise the property more then 350k with updates and rehab?

Any experience with fha 203k strategy???? Pros and cons? is it worth it and what are some benefits going this route on a multi family investment opportunities! Some things to watvh out for? Some things that need to be in order! Has anyone done these types of deals and the outcome?

Im new to real estate and have acquired a vast knowledge and am ready to pull the trigger and start looking for my first deal! Currently trying to get pre approved and getting all required documents in order. Looking for sub to, seller finance, novation agreements, and anything under market and a property i can buy equity and appreciation the day i close. Properties in a good appreciated location needing light rehab. Buy right is the key. Goal is to buy a multi unit with traditional fha and or fha 203k.
