45 days needed to close on an vacant lot i'm selling ?
A mobile home on a septic was there years ago and went up in flames. The lot has been cleaned. A would be buyer is asking for " a 45 days inspection period for permits, etc " Am I missing something here ? Thanks for your answers.

We went under contract for vacant land and were advised by multiple sources in the business that 30 days MINIMUM is the norm because of all the issues with surveying/permitting/getting in touch with city offices, etc. Especially right now things are very backed up.
