Is it possible to separate HUDs between seller and buyer?

Julian Christel

Hello,

I've called a few of title company's and both have said they don't separate HUDs between the seller and buyer, so that the seller cannot see the assignment fee. I've heard of a seller who conducts his business this way. Am I doing something wrong? Is it just more difficult to find a title company that separates HUDs? I'm guessing this isn't the norm for title company's?

Thanks,

Julian
