I am looking to start purchasing rental properties (likely single family to start but would move into multi) in the Jackson MS area and surrounding suburbs. I have done some neighborhood research but would love to get some insight on the following from local investors/agents in the area.

*What are the better multi family areas around Jackson

*Are there any "no no" areas

*Recommendation on a good property management company

*What are the key features renters look for in this market

I am looking for on and off market properties.
