Questions about Real-Estate Investing
Hello, my name is Mason Carter and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Georgia. Real estate investing has always been one of my biggest interests growing up as a kid. To get to the point, I would like to ask any and everybody their inputs on what to invest in first. As a college student, what should I be looking for? Multi-family, duplexes/triplexes/quadplexes, single-family housing, wholesaling, flipping, commercial? I've been consistently reading many books about real-estate investing and am trying to figure out which property makes the most sense to start off in. If any body has any input for me as a college student, that would be greatly appreciated.

If still young focus on just owning SOMETHING even if just a small starter house. Plan to rent it out when you move out. Those lessons will be better than anything you can read.
