Are you experienced in both Buy & Hold and Flipping? Which do you prefer?

I'd first like to thank the BP community for such great information! I really enjoy reading the forums and listening to the podcasts!

As a newbie with 1 rental property (buy&hold) I'm curious to know if you have been involved in both Buy & Hold as well as Flipping. If so, which do you prefer and Why?

Thanks for reading my post and best of luck to everyone! I look forward to your comments.

Hey @Michael Hable

I've done both. I like flipping, cause it's fun, but honestly - at the end of the day - it's a job. It can be a fun job, a lucrative job, whatever - but it's still a job. So, I flip for cash, and I invest for retirement (hopefully an early retirement! )

Those are my thoughts anyways!
