I Have never considered accepting Section 8 vouchers but am curious to hear what other peoples experiences have been. I have heard a few horror stories. Anyone have some good experiences to share?

Yes, I have seen additional people moved in that are not on the lease, although not limited to section 8. Generally I see much less turnover in the section 8 tenants than non section 8 though.
