Cash Buyers Go-To Network

Hey I’m new to investing… I haven’t done any deals YET. I’d like to know how people build a network of go-to cash buyers for wholesale and assignment deals? Where do you find them? How do you find them quickly? I know most will say, “if it’s a good deal, they will come to you” but is that the only way that network builds? In an ideal world, I’d like to have a list of reliable cash buyers always on standby.

Most effective method is to go to meetups and REIs and network. Cash Buyers are always at those events. You can also advertise on social media, Craigslist, etc. Let everyone know you are wholesaler and invite folks to register for your Buyers List.
