CENTRAL NEW YORK: I'm Looking To Buy - HELP!

With all of the REIs here, does anyone invest in property in central New York State?

I'm desperately trying to buy a house in an artificially inflated market, and my pre-qualification is lower than anything listed.

I'm looking for anything in the Southern Cayuga School District.

Town of Genoa, Scipio, Ledyard, or Venice.

Thanks so much for anyone that can help me with leads!
