Hello all.. just throwing this out there.. in hopes of a bite..

I am looking for someone who has experience in land development. I would love to see this happen and could use it whilst we build our REI business.

NUTSHELL:

PRIME.. and I MEAN PRIME property for sale in my neighborhood.. waterfront and has approvals for 13 homes.. now my 'idea' is a bit out of box.. and would entail some dealings with town. I am looking for a partner/mentor to see if this is feasible and if so move forward with me. I would like to know things like if there is a way to lock it up with minimal money or none.. in order to start the process with the town on approvals for my goal.. as it is with price they are asking i think that the 13 homes may be too little profit for money investors.
