Looking to invest in Santa Fe.
Hi all!
I'm looking to invest in new markets and I'm curious about Santa Fe, NM. Are there any members out there who are familiar with this market and/or any realtors willing to share any info?

@Kim Kennedy I think Albuquerque is a better market for multifamily. I own 64 units in Abq, and rent growth has been great over the last year. Santa Fe is more of an appreciation market, where Abq is good for cashflow.
