Yo Bigger Pockets Team!!!! We are looking to Systemize the heck out of our flipping business as well as renovation of apartments and I was wondering if any of you investors out there have got a scope of work that you have sent to contractors. I am currently in the process of writing our template scope and was wondering what are some of the key details that I need to include that will bite me in the butt if I don't include them.
