ADU Blueprint Plans

Hi, 

I hired an engineer to draw and submit blueprints for an ADU in January.

He submitted the 1st draft plans in March. (we paid him 90% of the total quote) 

He was then supposed to re-submit final plans on May 27th. He did NOT. 

He did NOT respond to any emails, phone calls or text all of June & July. 

He finally go back to me this week, we were supposed to review the final plans and he never called back. 

My fiancé and I are very frustrated with him and don't know what to do at this point. 

Any suggestions?
