I’m on my second flip.

I just finish my second project a month ago. It been seating on the market for a 3 weeks now.all my cash is gone into this project now I find it so difficult to pay my own bills and even pay the mortgage of the home and it’s stopping me from going to my next project. I’m confused of what to do can someone talk to me.

What's been the feedback? Comp wise where are you guys at? Try adjusting price, make small improvements, stage it, update the photos, do an open house, offer an incentive to the buyer/agent
