House we built now worth 30,000 less via market analysis
We built a house over a year ago for 230,000. It has not C/O'd yet. Doesn't a final appraisal need to be done now that the house is done? If it appraises now for like 190,000 am I still legally bound to it?
Not getting sold and not renting out. Mortgage payments will be almost 2,000 a month.
Home is in Ocala FL, Marion County
