Tenant closet issues
Here is one for you. Tenants have one closet. Cloths seem to be really heavy as the weight bent the brackets. Outside of fixing this... again. Should I tell them to buy a closet for their clothing so that they can spread the weight? Or should I buy it for them and keep it there in the rental for future tenants?

They rented it with one closet. If they are putting that much stuff on it that it is bending the rod, you need to talk to them and explain that they need to figure out something else for storage. Even if they bought a small piece of furniture that they could place in the closet on the floor to hold some items.
